Growing Deep in the Word – Friday Bible Study

Every Friday evening, the IES community gathers around the Scriptures to study, discuss, and apply the Word of God. In a fast-paced academic and medical environment, Friday Bible Study is a vital space to slow down, dig deep into Scripture, and allow the Holy Spirit to shape our hearts and minds.

Our Bible study is interactive and discussion-based. We believe that the Word of God is living and active, and that studying it together as a community leads to transformation. Whether you are a seasoned student of the Bible or opening it for the first time, you will find a warm and thoughtful environment to grow.

How Our Bible Study Works

• Book-by-Book Study We journey through books of the Bible systematically, exploring context, theology, and practical application.
• Guided Discussion Each session includes facilitated group discussion where questions are welcomed and every voice is valued.
• Life Application We connect Scripture to the realities of medical school, hospital ministry, and everyday life in Moshi.
• Prayer & Accountability We close each session in prayer, supporting one another in living out what we have learned.
