The Fellowship & Family Ministry at IES Haggai Chapel is the relational heart of our community. We believe that God never intended for us to walk through life alone. Whether you are a student far from home, a young professional navigating a demanding career, a married couple, or a family adjusting to life in Moshi, this ministry exists to help you find belonging, support, and deep friendships.

In a transient community like KCMC — where people come and go with rotations, residencies, and research — intentional fellowship is vital. Our ministry creates spaces where people can be known, loved, and encouraged in their faith journey.

What We Offer

• Small Groups & Prayer Cells We connect members into small groups where they can share life, study Scripture, and pray together weekly.
• Family Support & Mentorship We provide support for families, couples, and individuals through mentorship, counseling, and practical care.
• Social Gatherings & Events From game nights to meals and outings, we create opportunities for our community to bond and have fun together.
• Newcomer Welcome We have a special focus on welcoming new students, residents, and visitors, helping them settle into the IES family.
