Using Art for God’s Glory – Creativity Ministry

The Creativity Ministry at IES Haggai Chapel celebrates the God-given gift of creativity and channels it for the glory of God and the building of His kingdom. We believe that creativity is a reflection of the Creator Himself, and that art — in all its forms — can be a powerful vehicle for worship, evangelism, and community transformation.

Whether you are a visual artist, a writer, a poet, a dancer, a photographer, a designer, or simply someone with a passion for beauty and expression, there is a place for you in this ministry.

What We Do

• Visual Arts & Design We create visual content for the church — from posters and stage design to illustrations and digital art that inspire and communicate the gospel.
• Writing & Poetry We use the written word to express worship, share testimonies, and engage the community with truth and beauty.
• Dance & Movement We explore worship through movement, using dance as a form of praise and creative storytelling.
• Photography & Media Art We capture and create images that tell the story of what God is doing in our community.

Why Creativity Matters

Creativity is not a luxury — it is a form of worship. The Creativity Ministry exists to help our community encounter God through beauty, imagination, and artistic expression. We also believe that creativity can be a powerful tool for evangelism and discipleship, communicating the gospel in fresh and compelling ways.

If you have a creative gift, we would love to help you develop and use it for God’s kingdom. Come and join a community of artists who are passionate about using their talents to honor the Lord.

Your creativity is a gift from God. Come and use it for His glory.
